UKPS was called upon to 'disguise' a series of new office blocks built in open fields in Steyning, so they did not contrast too harshly with their environment. With specialist timber cladding work, UKPS' carpenters  created the look of American barns, even including roof boxes to accommodate owls!

When the housing associating for  Marten House in Burgess Hill saw the need for new windows at the property, UKPS was asked to supply and install 40 Velux windows to the roof.  With the associated 'making good' and redecoration, UKPS provided a complete job for the client.

Following a burst water main, high up in this prestigious property, the private owners contacted UKPS to completely refurbish 12 damaged flats. New timber floors were required as well as new kitchens and general repairs to water damaged walls and ceilings.
